The most common question type in the IELTS Speaking test is the Opinion question. Here are some examples of expressions to use when giving your opinions:
Neutral opinions:
If you ask me,
As I see it,
I'd say,
In my view,
Strong opinions:
I'm sure
I'm convinced
I'm certain
Weak opinions:
I guess
I suppose
I imagine
I reckon'
It might/may/could
Idiomatic phrases:
Off the top of my head, I'd say...
It's hard to say but...
It goes without saying that...
